Frippery

The tension between the forms I use and the understanding of what they represent may seem a strange subject matter for jewelry.  For me, the jewelry is a metaphor for pulling back a curtain on certain aspects of the body revealing its beauty, strangeness and certain realities.  In many ways, it is a celebration of the forms and functions we may take for granted.
